The Adidas Yeezy Boost is the first Kanye West sneaker from adidas. The shoes are officially called the Adidas 750 Boost and was released in limited numbers on February 14th for $350. A second release will take place on February 21st on adidas.com. The worldwide release took place on February 28th and restocks are expected over the next few months.
The Adidas Yeezy Boost Sale has fulfilled expectations. adidas created the Confirmed app to avoid release hysteria and still, people are already camping out in Europe a full work week ahead of when the shoe is scheduled to hit overseas on February 28th. The chukka-like aesthetic has made headlines for the wrong reasons recently with a faulty zipper unit breaking prematurely, but the three stripes seem to have fixed the issue. Kanye recently revealed that a black pair of the adidas Yeezy Boost is planned, and here we see a mixture of both worlds as the grey suede upper sees a variation of a black outsole. The upper of the Yeezy 3 remains unchanged expect for minute details like a premium gold zipper, black velcro accents on the strap and upper shroud, and of course the shoe’s bottom. Check out more of this early Yeezy sample after the break and let us know if you’re a fan of the alternate black sole by penning your thoughts in the comments.
